Jogger (referred to as "we" and "our" and "our") understands and respects your desire to maintain privacy.
In all of your dealings with us, including through the use of the Jogger running application (the "App"), we
will prioritize your privacy.
In the process of providing services to you, we may need to collect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we and our related entities will collect your personal
information and protect your privacy.
Our services are brought to you by Jogger. This policy is written in English. In the event of a conflict
between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party products or services or the
practices of companies we do not own or control, including other companies with which you may interact on or
through our Services.
We will always act in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles when
handling your personal information. As a global business, we also comply with various jurisdiction-specific
privacy provisions outlined in this Privacy Policy.
WHAT INFORMATION IS COVERED IN THIS POLICY?
This Privacy Policy covers your personal information. Personal information is information or opinions about
an identified or reasonably identifiable individual, whether factual or not, and whether or not recorded in
physical form. All personal information received in connection with our business is subject to strict
confidentiality rules.
Common examples include your name, username, password, IP address, unique device identifier, gender,
signature, address, phone number, email, date of birth, bank account and digital wallet details, billing and

Verify your actual movement and location, and issue JOG tokens based on this verification data;

Investigate and/or prevent suspected fraud or other criminal activity or misuse of our Services, including
collecting and disclosing user location and movement data for purposes related to our machine learning
anti-fraud systems, including detailed user behavior analysis for these purposes;
4.
We collect or disclose information related to the Internet Protocol address used to connect your device to
the Internet for fraud detection and to manage the integrity of the Jogger game system and other services.
This may include detecting when a user has cheated on the Jogger gaming system, as well as addressing
accounts that we suspect have been stolen or otherwise compromised. This information helps us verify whether
an account or related assets belong to a specific user;

where the information is or relates to your device's system version information, or your device's make and
model, for our evaluation of compatibility with our software versions and other aspects of our services;
6.
Create leaderboards for marathon runners, consisting of all runners or runners meeting certain criteria;

Operate the Jogger market;

Investigate disputes between players;

use your personal information to provide you with information you request from us, although we will not
create a link between your user ID and your user email;

communicate with you, including notifying you of updates to the App, the Jogger Site, our Terms of Use

To use your personal information for marketing purposes to provide or provide services to you. This
includes, but is not limited to, keeping you informed about the latest news, events, special offers and

applications, branding or services offered;

of the application. In addition, we may from time to time expand or withdraw our operations, which may

and use to locations outside of Australia, some of which may have different data protection laws than
Australia.

When your credit or debit card account, financial account or digital wallet information is transmitted to or
through our Services, it will be protected by encryption protocols. To be clear, we do not store your credit
or debit card account information, and we have no direct control or responsibility for your credit or debit
card account information. We may use third-party payment processors that act as controllers of your
information. Our contracts with third parties who receive your information require them to keep it secure

unauthorized third parties will never be able to compromise the security measures we or our third-party

We will delete your information after a reasonable period of time. If your personal information has been
deleted, you may need to re-enter it.
